What a weekend it has been and sadly it’s our last here. We got invited to watch a local game of football (Angkor Tigers) with Tammy and her son. Our first full week in Siem Reap is complete and I'm already wishing we had booked longer in this magical place. The music wall is nearly up running and ready to be used by the children. After having painted the wall with two coats of paint, we fixed the instruments/ pots and pans to the wall. The school knew a handy man to drill the holes, which was a blessing! Yesterday we arrived into school by bike. It’s 5k to the school from our guesthouse, so in one day we will cycle 20k... great bit of exercise especially when the thought of getting up to do a 20 minute hiit session at 5.30am in 38 degrees heat just isn’t that appealing.
