Day 16

Another day in Broome today. First up we headed down to Cable Beach for a look - OMG one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen.

Drove around a bit to the lighthouse and down to the port of Broome, then back to Cable Beach for a swim.

Girls absolutely loved it - Eri said it was the 'best day ever'. Only little Charlee was a bit reluctant to go in the water.

We bought chips beside the beach and took them home for chip buddies for lunch - YUM!!!

We hen had a bit of chill out at camp - did some washing (total of 6 loads so far in Broome). Played around camp for a bit and talked with our new Israeli friends.

Then about 4pm headed down to the beach for our camel ride. Andy, Torah and Erika had a camel named Elvis and Lucy, Charlee and I had Kabul. It was lots of fun and the sunset was very beautiful. When we hoped off the camel we all had sore bums.

Went back to camp for dinner with the Boys from Israel and a little bit of a late night.
