Arrived in Ho Chi Minh today. Really like a larger version of Hanoi. Went to the war remnants museum. Absolutely heart breaking. Some of the stories bring you close to tears. Horrible to think people could do that to each other. If you're ever in Saigon well worth a visit.
To lighten the mood we then went on a cyclo tour of the city. I may never have been as scared in my life. Felt like they were aiming for the busiest streets. If I can ever work out how to upload a video I'll put it on here. My driver was lovely if yet again a boy racer. Seriously why do I attract these people :/
The meal tonight was a bit random. Traditional Vietnamese fare I ended up having swordfish with more chilli on it than was strictly necessary. Poor Sonya had to donate some ice for my lips after I stupidly decided it was a good idea to lick them :/
The desert was amazing though went to a ice cream parlour ( buds of San Francisco) with a massive amount of choice. Ended up with a huge chocolate number which may have slightly left me hyper. Well worth it though. Anyway off to bed. Gonna explore the Cu Chi Tunnels tomorrow xxx
