After a night without sleep and a 4.5 hour coach journey - I'm knackered!

We are now in Chivay which is 3,600 meters above sea level. We have driven through the mountains and our highest point was 4,910 meters which took my breath away literally!!!

We have chewed Coca leaves and had lots of Coca tea to help with the altitude.

We have seen Limas, Alpacas, birds and rabbits in the mountains.

It was really dry and deserty at the start but near the top was a lot greener due to mountain springs. We have even experienced rain and hail!!
