Awoke at 8.30 AM, breakfast, packing and then off to Victoria St. to catch the southern railways train to Gatwick. Never fleen from that airport before (always been at Heathrow), so gonna see that one too, now. The train cost 12,50£/person, takes 40mins. Cheaper than Gatwick Express, which would've cost from 17,50£/person and would've been only 5-10mins faster. -- Gatwick was a nice airport, good whisky shop over there! ;) The security check was almost ridicio...

After sleeping a bit after the too early breakfast for us, headed to town. Went to Camden, looking for shoes or smth else fun to buy. But damnit, dunno what exactly has happened, but that place was different last time that I was there.. Now there was way too much of stalls sellimg basicly s*it; just ordinary looking clothes&shoes and/or punk/hippie/cyber stuff. Goth clothes were a bit of a minority nowdays, sadly. But well, bought fun PacMan mugs from Cyberdi...

To breakfast at 8.20. Typical b&b breakfast in the UK. After it we went back to sleep for awhile. Woke up at noon, took a shower, drew a face ;)) and off to the city. First we went to see the Big Ben, Houses of Parliament etc. shortly, since Niina hadn't seen them before. Then off to the British Museum! Frist full day in London now. We arrived early, since our train was in London already at 6.40 AM. Unfortunately didn't get sleep almost at all in the night train, for in the little cabin there was a way too poor air.. :( So I was dead tired at arriving. Took the tube to Hammersmith, closest tube station to our little hotel. Of course, since it was so early, our room wasn't ready yet, so left our luggage therr and went to search for breakfast from somewhere near b...

Again this little train is travelling through the greens of the Scottish highlands in the middle of the cows and _lots of sheep(!), from Stranraer to Glasgow, only this time we gotta change at Ayr. We booked the tickets at Nir Travel agency at the Gr. Victorian Str. train station, booked the beds to the Caledonian Sleeper as well, and the whole package from Belfast to London (ferry+trains, including the beds on the sleeper train) cost 88£/person.
