Had an ok breakfast at the hotel, after a pretty bad nights' sleep. It was too hot in our room, felt like that the air condition wasn't working properly.. :P
Well, then off to city to do some shopping. I'd have to find shoes, coupla trousers, coupla shirts would be nice, some clubwear, I mean.
And well....after three(3!!) missed stores (they just weren't there anymore, the place was right), came to the "good old" Xtra-X, BUT found only one(!) pair of trousers of what I liked enough, and that were the right size. Pathetic. No shoes. No anything else. Hope the Darkstore and coupla more others that are in the list will provide more options for me..
From Darkstore I found another trousers, but still no shoes. Despite of that I'm still hoping that I'd find some nice shoes from here.
NOTE: in Darkstore it smells very strongly of _mold, and so does every cloth over there, too (!). So cannot wear anything before you've washed them at least once to get rid of the smell.

After walking many hours today, we went to eat to the Mao Thai restaurant, which has received many Michelin guide mentions (the last this year 2011). So expectations were quite high.
But - as my disappointment I gotta say that the food was only ok. Good quality beef in my curry, f.ex., but nothing spectacular nor personality in the portions, which you would've expected 'cause of the Michelin.. A bit shame, really. A good meal, yes, but that's all. Also the waiting time of the food was quite long. So long actually that the kitchen gave us one spring roll portion "on the house", while we waited for our main courses. Starter came quickly, though.
