Soooo nearly half way through my time at camp....the weeks go by amazingly quickly!

Heres some of my most exciting news - last Friday a really awesome choreographer came to camp to talk to the campers and give them a hiphop class...she has choreographed dances for Pink, Missy Elliot, Avril Lavigne, Hannah Montanna and has worked with a lot of cool people. She was so lovely and ended up choreographing a routine for all the dance counsellors and campers which we performed in front of the camp - lots of fun!!

I've started teaching french to campers now...the basics like hello and how are you - they seem to enjoy it, even if they are a bit slow learning lol.

Back in the office this week, giving others a chance to work in dance so maybe get a little more internet time i hope.....

Have the youngest campers this week....9 year olds which i enjoy more because theyre more fun and have less attitude :-) but there are some big characters in my cabin....too many funny stories for here...!

On my last night off we went to the lake which is near camp and chilled out in mcdonalds and went to a free concert....didnt realise till an hour later that it was for lesbians - funny times!! But it was such a good feeling to get out of camp for a bit and be ourselves again! Tonight on my few hours off, another counsellor drove us down the mountain to a mall and we relaxed there, found a shop that sells fruit pastilles and Flash bought some 'tim-tams' which are these amazing australian chocolate biscuits :-)

Tomorow night at camp is the 'Miss Pali pageant' where we get to dress up the male counsellors as pretty girls - ot was absolutely hillarious last time so hopefully it will be just as funny!

A week ago I saw a BEAR!!! It was a bit scary, a counsellor had to use a whip to scare it off whilst we got all the campers back inside - so didnt manage to get a photo :-(

Hoping to get some more photos up soon....we've had 4th July, mud fights and all sorts!

Oh and I found out today I passed thr first year of psychology degree...got a 2:1 which Im really happy with yay!!!

Thats all for now, desperately need sleep!
