So after a few days of mainly travelling it was nice to arrive in Ko Samui and have 3 days to chill out. Arriving late in the afternoon, fter a group meeting we headed for the pool bar to have some drinks and dinner. Our hotel was right next to the beach which was lovely. The next day a jumped on a speed boat and spent the day cruising around the islands stopping at a few of them. I got to do some kayaking from on of the beaches we stopped at which was good, also got to do some snokeling. We headed to another island and had lun h prepared for us on the beach then after chilling for a while we hopped on board again and headed back to our accomodation. When we got back i treated myself to a message on the beah which felt like heaven. That evening we headed into town and had dinner at a resturant on the beach. After dinner we had a few drinks then went and checked out a ladyboy show!!! What an experience that was!! The next day was a free day to do what we liked so i enjoyed relaxing by the pool topping up the tan and also treated myself to a manicure and pedicure!! Its so cheap its great!! The evening so headed out for dinner on the beach again and had a few drinks after. The next day after a bit of a lie in we started our long journy to Bangkok , which involved buses, ferry and an overnight train!! Ko Samui is a lovely place but attracts many tourists so is losing its Thai feel and becoming very westernised.
