Left this morning after breakfast for grocery shopping at Apolonia followed by lunch at Aquarelle Restaurant owned by the son of Marite Stebile. I had an asparagus soup and entree of lightly grilled cod and monk fish which was excellent.

This morning after breakfast we set out for the City Tour Bus and rode it to the stop by the Marie Louis Park. There we got off and walked through the grounds of this vast park and visited the huge plaza and fountain of Plaza de Espana. Arriving at the other side of the park, we reboarded another of those buses for a trip to the Church of the Nossa Señora Da Esperanca also called La Macerana. This morning we slept quite late before having breakfast in the lobby of our hotel. Yesterday we had purchased passes for a City Tour Bus around important sites through the city of Seville. Today we boarded the bus for the tour complete with earphone commentary in English and Dutch. We were then directed to the way to the Cathedral Giralda on the Aveneda de la Constitucion. Bright and early this morning we set out for Seville driving the autostrada most of the way. Using the Nissan's trusty navigation we found our hotel, Taberna del Alabardero. Our suite was named Malaga and one of the seven rooms in this converted mansion. It is known for its fine restaurants and its culinary school. After taking the new Nissan Juke through a carwash we drove to La Dolce Vita, an svante garde ladies apparel shop in Almancil. There I met Marite, the owner, prior to joining her and many of her customers at another fine restaurant for lunch, Paixe. There were over 24 of us and we were served a large number of tapas, their specialty.
