Hi Bernie, you don't want a sloth, they are vicious! Tear your eyes out with their claws as soon as look at you! Dan and Sue, this trip up the river looks fantastic - much more interesting than we thought when you told us about it on skype the other day! Lucky ole you ... wonderful memories, but see you soon. xxx
Bernadette

Lovely photos, I actually recognised the sights in Cartagena, how lovely to say "been there been there"! And there the similarity stops... I'm thrilled that you've managed to get so much dive experience in, and what lovely photos. See you both in 7 weeks time! LOL xxx
Janine
Columbia, eh! Whatever you do don't carry any packages for anyone. Just the name scares me. But seeing your pictures Columbia looks stunning, my previous experiences of this country coming from 'Romancing The Stone' and if you manage to get out alive will change my views on the country forever! Can't believe you only have 7 weeks left. When you get back you'll have to keep writing you're blog and making up travel adventures just to keep us armchair adventurers happy! Lots of love. xx

Notice how we are all more thrilled about water going down a drain than all that wonderful travelling? How sad are we! However, it was lovely to talk to you last week, and we're really looking forward to seeing you again soon, only 7 or 8 weeks now! I'm sure Charlie would be thrilled if only she knew! xxx

So you were thrilled to watch water going down a drain? I was thrilled to read about it! How sad am I? Thank you for sharing all these experiences with us. For someone with a fear of flying I am extremely well (armchair) travelled! Enjoy your last weeks. Look forward to seeing you both. JRJK&Jxx

And is the equator really an imaginary lion running round the middle of the earth???? I think of all the things you have learned on your world travels, the recipe on how to shrink a human head may very well be the most useful for when you come back to the real world and people start to p**s you off! Who needs anger management when you can shrink a head :).....only joking! Nice to see you and chat the other day xx
Les & Ro
Quito sounds fascinating, so glad you don't know the whole story of boiling heads though, that thought might keep me awake at night! Can just imagine the fascination of watching water going various ways down a drain - I'd be just as interested, amazing how easily pleased we are! Lovely to talk to you the other day, not long now xxx

What a fabulous post! I am jealous all over again! The land of Darwin - it is the stuff of dreams. Never did I think I would look at a close up shot of a tortoise and hear the word "Cute" escape from my lips! The girls at work loved it too- you two are becoming rather famous in these parts. Look forward to the next instalment. Meanwhile Rick and Jake are trying to work out the logistics of a trip to Bulgaria! See you soon . JRJK&J xx

At last, the long-awaited Galapagos post! Sounds absolutely amazing, I think an 8-day trip to the Galapagos is the trip of a lifetime, let alone all the other places you've been to! So glad you've seen it. Carry on enjoying, looking forward to talking to you soon xx
