Another casual start to the day. After a trip to the bank and post office we visited my Aunt Valerie in Wretham for a bit of a family reunion. The afternoon was spent in Bury St Edmunds visiting the Abbey Gardens and the Cathedral. The gardens are beautifully maintained and are always full of colour no matter what time of year you visit. At the end of our visit we returned home to have a bit of a siesta before heading out to dinner at the Angel Pub in Larling a small village close to Attleborough.
Good food and good company made for a very pleasant evening.
