'save Matt' Campaign Manager
Hi every one,
Due to the fantastic response to our good cause we ( bob, hillary and myself) feel that an official charity pack is needed to consoladate the generous donations that have already been pledged. In the style of good old blue peter a fundraising pack can be applied for which will contain a 'Save Matt' badge, car sticker, window banner and pen ( which is in 1-1 scale of matt's waist measurment). There will also be a sponsorship form enclosed with a 'Fill In Matt' chart to track your progress. The chart is a life size picture of Matt with the layers of fat missing, as you raise set sums of money, you can colour in the appropriate sections of Matt. Once he is looking healthy you can send the chart with a cheque to the official bank account ( Kindly sponsored by the national bank of Etheopia).
Any event can be turned into a money making scheme so a special prize will be presented to the person who devises the most original idea ( to be posted on this site). Bob who is a given authority in this area suggests however, that any event that involves a sponsored 'eating' activity may be seen in poor taste, due to the nature of the campaign.
To register for your very own pack please access it through www.savemattappeal.org/fundsforthepub
Steve From Middlesex University
Hello Stu Pot,
Not sure fi you remember me but I was worknig at the uni when you started temping. Your first week was my last one before I jetted off on a worl tour of my own! Got your website from Laura, and have to say that it looks like you boys are larging it big style - nice!
I got back to the wonderful world of Middlesex in April, and I was at the same full moon party as you lot - alas far too drunk to remember much of that!
Had a good time myself, Thailand and aus are the nuts are they not??
Hope you boys are still enjoying it all, savour every moment cos there is a job waiting for you back here in the Student Office as soon as you return.....

Auntie Pauline
Still a bit concerned boys about all this dressing up!! Is it because you are sick of the same clothes for 6 months and bin liners make a change - definitely saves on the washing and ironing!!
Lovely photos once again some of those in NZ are breathtaking! Nice to see some snowy pictures too. As for the sky diving - looks fantastic ....what a journey you have all had! So what awaits you in South America - what is there left to do and see? Can't wait to hear. Have a safe journey, keep in touch and take care. (PJ I am off to bake some cakes!!)
PJ
P.S. Sign me up for the Save Matt Campaign - why aren't you eating whatever Stuart is for breakfast, Matt? Auntie Pauline could send you out a nice fruit cake to help you pile on the pounds - I hear she is very good at making them!!

Having returned from our travels I could not wait to look at the photos I had been missing of the lads on their travels, only to realise that I had forgotten that in fact I should have been looking for the 'ladettes'. I don't know which is worse sitting in a bar in Italy and sadly watching England being knocked out of the Euro Cup, where we were the only English supporters (except for two young guys who took pity on us) .... or ..... seeing yet more photos of the PVC clad ladettes! Only kidding, the photos are great and it is great to be able to see you all in them having such a wonderful time. The views look amazing and I hope Gary is enjoying himself with you. Take loadsa care with all the bungy jumping, etc.

Dr Hilary Jones
Hi I'm Dr Hilary Jones - you might know me from popular daytime television show "This Morning". Sir Bob Geldorf who was a studio guest this week had alerted us to the Save Matt campaign. He brought in photographic proof of the terribly atrocities that are Dan and Stu. This Morning is determined to help raise Matt?s weight and we will donate everything necessary to increase his waist to a 28inch. As a member of the Save Matt team I have studied various accounts of Matt?s problem and believe I have identified the source of the his mal-nourishment ?.. I believe Matt?s body is not able to rest properly ? evidence of this is available from anyone who has ever spent the night with him and had a conversation, thinking his wide awake with eyes open ? in this state Matt?s body continues to burn fuel at the same rate as when awake subsequently his wasting away. I fear without proper tuition in sleeping Save Matt will fail. For this reason This Morning have sent sleep/slumber/snooze/nap/doze/siesta/forty winks/catnap/kip expert Gary Bedford out to New Zealand to catch up with our intrepid explorers and exude the virtues of sleep ? ahead of Bedford?s mission he made the following comment ? ?ZzZzZ? ? SAVE MATT pledge some wedge
Nevis Bunjy Jump Operator
Just to let you all know that your observations on young matthew are completely correct. That young dude was the 1st person we had to tie weights to so that he didnt float down the bunjy of 134m Nevis.
I support the fed Matt fund. Put me down for 2 bags of rice and a loaf of bread.
