It was an all day drive to get from Exmouth to Tom Price which is the town before Karrijini national park. We had quite a good run until 20km outside Tom Price. Exmouth is the other place renowned for great whale shark spotting. But I'm afraid it was the same story, all a bit too much for the pockets to take. Exmouth is a national park so we stayed there for a few nights. Coral Bay is one of two of the best places to come to see the whale shark migration. So excited about this I'd been looking forward to it for ages and to dive again. It's quite annoying that with quite a few places on the West coast you have to go back down the same road to carry on North. It wouldn't be so bad if it was an hour but when you know you've got to drive 3 hrs just to get back to the highway to continue North it's quite frustrating, especially when the roads are straight and never ending, you turn a slight corner and are welcomed once again by another straight road, breach the top of a hill and yes there's another...
