This is going to be quick because I´m a bit behind.
I arrived in Nazca after another joyeous night bus. Seriously, I usually sleep pretty well on them. As soon as I arrived in Nazca, which is a small place, I jumped in a taxi with some Columbians and we were at the airport. For USD50 we got a 35min plane ride over the Nazca lines in a tiny 4 seater, which got knocked around by the slightest puff of wind...and let´s just say that I was thankful for the little plastic bags that were stored in the seats in front of me.
The Nazca lines are trenches in the earth created by an unknown civilisation and cannot be dated exactly. They are definitely pre-Inca however and are quite stunning to see from the air, even if one is a little weazy in the tummy. The lines are in different shapes and include a monkey, spider, bird plus more puzzling figures.
After the Nazca Lines I had to wait around in town for about 6 hours for my night bus so what better way to do it than fill my belly and watch the locals. Ceviche is a Peruvian dish like sushi and with a viniagrette sauce, which is absolutely delicious and no doubt my favourite mosh over here.
