Getting excited the day is finally here, after 12 months of planning, Steve and I are finally going to Europe with good friends Larry and Amanda. Our flight is at 10.20pm with Emirates, and the plan is to go to Tania's and have a drink with her before she provides the lift to the airport.

We have the iPads loaded, with music and TV shows to fill in the long haul, as well as some really good sleeping tablets. Steve has given me the window seat which will act as a pillow until we land in Dubai about 5am Dubai time.

In Dubai we have a 3 hour stop over before flying to Paris. We land in Paris at approximately 1pm Monday local time or 8pm Perth time.
