We woke up around 7:30am and went down to breakfast at the local cafe which was situated across the road at the hotel. Our day started with a breakfast of fresh baguettes and coffee/hot chocolate. We caught a cab to the Catacombs which is a 2km underground tunnel, where over 6 million skeletal remains line the walls. This sounds very morbid, but has been respectfully kept to educate us on how they managed the number of bodies in the 1800's. Getting excited the day is finally here, after 12 months of planning, Steve and I are finally going to Europe with good friends Larry and Amanda.
