Hi from Peru. Been here for 8 days. Didn\'t get strangle mugged in Lima. Did some sand boarding in the desert which was amazing though steve was much better than me. Stayed in Oasis, which was haven from general hectic cities. Caught up in local strike action as we returned from trip to Colca Cañon(deepest in world apparently). Forced to walk through burning picket line like couple of tourist scabs! Missed out on the Condors yesterday but had amazing hot spring at 6.00am this morning, in the frost. Off to Lake Titicaca tomorrow. Is gonna be cold, but slaughtered alpaca, took it\'s wool and had it for tea. Send us some news from home. Miss you all, but not that much. Anne and Steve xxx
