Firstly apologies, i have a 2day hangover from New Years Eve!! So bare with me!!

Day 1 in Sydney Australia (Christmas Eve)

We arrived at Janice's House (Dales Aunties) at 12pm Christmas Eve. The house is just outside the Sydney Centre in a place called Leichardt. When we got there Janice was going to the Fish Market so we decided to go woth her and take a look. It was hectic there with everyone rushing to get stuff for Christmas Day. Loz was in heaven there, there was sooo many nice restaurants. After Janice had got what she wanted we decided to buy some King Prawns to do on the BBQ for lunch. It was so nice chilling in her back garden with a glass of wine. Her house was lovely we were so lucky to be staying there for a week. After luch we went grocery shopping for some essentials and then got dressed up and went to Darling Harbour on the LightRail. (The LightRail was like the monorail whioch was a 5min walk from Janice house and it took u to the centre, it was so easy!) We went for food in a nice restaurant and then met Jo & Chuckie (Friends from Loz's Uni) for a few drinks - it was Christmas Eve after all!!! We also found a 7% Sminoff Ice - was really funny, Claire had one and she was drunk!!

Day 2 - CHRISTMAS DAY!!! :-)

We woke up quite early and opened our cards and presents, it was horrible not being at home. It felt so weird it just being the three of us. I was sooooo excited that i had got Dirty Dancing Tickets (thanks Mum & Jess), claire was so jealous! Also Claires parcel hadn't arrived so she was gutted. The cards off family were really nice it made me sad and want to be back at home. So we decided to have a pick me up and open a bottle of wine, not quite a champayne breakfast but it did!!

The night before we left our wet clothes out and it had rained so we had to wash our clothes again and wait for them to dry before we went out!! Christmas Eve we also arranged with Chuckie & Jo to meet them for Christmas Dinner at a pub they knew!! We caught the LightRail to Central Station at walked for what felt like hours to find Chuckie & Jo. We finally founf them and went to a pub called 'The Gaff', it was full of backpackers in our situation so it was all good! We each paid 25dollers for an Xmas Dinner and free beer! Well what can i say about the meal, it was the best Christmas meal i have ever had!! (Not) I just wanted to be wanted Mums at that point!!

After our lovely Christmas Dinner we decided the only option was to get drunk!! So the drinking games began with the match box game! :-) Chuckie was rubbish at this game, we completly runied her!! After playing a few games we were all drunk and decided to get the bus to Bondai Beach, as people had said it was really good. After a 30min bus hourney we got there and you had to pay to get on the beach and bno pubs were open......which was rubbish so we headed back to 'The Gaff' for yet more drinking games!! We met some Irish people and joined in and learnt a new game which was a laugh. At about 10.30pm we had all had enough beer so we got the LightRail home, rang everyone to say Merry Christmas and had a sing song to Christmas songs on my Ipod!

Day 3 (Boxing Day)

Got up with a little Hangover.......!! We all showered and had food. It was the first day of the sales so we decided to head to the Centre of Sydney. It was crazy, its just so big! We looked in a few shops but got bored easily, the hangover was kicking in more!! At this point we arranged to meet Chuckie and Jo and go for hare of the dog! After this we went to Circular Quays to go and see and have photos taken at the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. After our sight seeing we went to 'The Rocks' to get a sandwich and chill out!

After our hectic day on Christmas Day we thought it was a good idea to stay in and have a Girly Night in in fromnt iof the telly so we went to Woolworths and brought food. I was Chef for the evening and i cooked Barbeque Chicken, JP ans Salad. It was lovely if i dont say myself!! hehe!!

Day 4

27th we went to Sydney Aquarium on the Darling Harbour, it was really busy and hot. The Aquarium was good, we even saw Nemo!! After here we went to Bondai Junction Shopping, it wasn't that good though so ended up only staying there for an hour or so!!

That night Claire & Loz cooked Tuna Pasta (whch was lovely) and then we went to a Beach Party at 'The Gaff' with Chuckie & Jo. They were awesome so glasd we met up with them. It was well good just going out in board shorts! We went roubnd to Chuckie & Jo's hostel they were staying in for drinks. Jo that day had brought 30 cans of the 7% Sminoff so we knew a messy night was ahead! At there place we also met 2 German girls who also joined inthe drinking games!! After playing many games and losing (thats chuckies fault i might add!!) we were all rather merry to say the least!!! We runied the 2 German Girls - what can i say they were drinking wine! That Sminoff is lethal! We then headed to 'The Gaff' and partyed the night away! It was a really good night! As usual we ended up going for food at Oporto (its like KFC) and had food, Loz managed to eat all hers, everyones left overs and everyones else in the place reglardless of she knew them or not!!! Then got a taxi home and passed out pretty much straight away! Oh yeah i forgot Claire was chundered!!! hehe! Light Weight!!

Day 5

Bet u can guess what im gonna say...............yeah we were hungover again!! Chuckie & Jo came round and we went to the Fish Market for food. I had Fosh and Chips (it was so nice) and Loz had Garlic Prawns. It was well funny cause she couldn't taste them cause her taste buds had gone, she was gutted!! And Claire, well she just couldn't eat or watch us eat, she was unbeliveably hungover!

After the Fish Market we headed to Manly Beach on the Ferry. We thought from here we could get the ferry across to Palm Beach (Summer Bay), after taking 2 ferrys to get to Manly Beach we finally got there and realised you could only get to Palm Beach on an hours bus journey!! We couldn't be bothered eoth that so the others went and sat on the beach for an hour and me and Jo went to the pub!!

After the beach we then went home and i cooked. I went to cook the chicken that we had brought the day before but we couldnt find it anywhere. We must of threw it away by mistake so we had to go the shop at the end of the road and get some more! We were all so puzzeled!! I then Chilli Chicken and we watched Home Alone on TV! I love that film!!

Day 6 (29th December)

Janice was coming back today so we got up early and cleaned the house, cooked lunch and then went to use the net. We met Chuckie & Jo and went and chilled out on the grass at Circular Quay before going on a Sydney Harbour Highlights Tour. The tour was really good, was an hours long trip that took us all round. We saw some amazing sights and we made sure we took loads of photos!!

After here we went up the Sky Tower and did the Oz Trek. The Sky Tower was awesome, it had the most spectacular views. Claire however couldnt go to the edge and look out, she was such a wimp! To be fair, Mum you would have been so scared!! I did make that comment on the video!! We then then went for food on the Darling Harbour with Chuckie, Jo, Alex and Kate (Jo's Friends from York).

Day 7

We went to Bondi Beach to sunbath. The beach was packed, i have never seen a beach so packed in my life! (we have photos). We sunbathed all day and went in the sea, it was crazy the waves were huge and so powerful. Me and Claire nearly got wipped out loads of times!!

After the beach we went home and Janice had arrived back so me and Clire ended up cooking for us all and then watched a film!

Day 8 - New Years Eve!

We were so excited today, we couldn't wait to see the fireworks on the Harbour Bridge!! We got to the Darling Harbour at 12pm and headed straight foor the pub!! We found a good spot and stayed there all day drinking Tooheys Lager. We were definelty sorted for the day! The sun was hot, we were in heaven! We had lunch there and waited for Rich's friends, Phil and Vicky, who now live out in Australia! They arrived at 4pm, by this time we had already had quite a few lagers! They were really nice people, and Rich we have found out some really funny stories!! Be warned!! They are drinkers just like Rich and said and eneded up having about 4 more woth them, by this time it was about 5.30pm! We then rang Dale to find out what the plan was, he said ' be ready for 6!'. There was no way that was happenig, so we had to get our bums into gear and get back and get ready!! We got ready for 7pm - Claire even curled my hair in this time and then we walked an Hour and a Half to Balmain where all Dales Friends were waiting for us! We had a prime seat in the park we could see the Bridge so clear!! We had brought drink and watched the 9am fireworks and then chillded out and played drinking games till the 12 o'clock Fireworks! New Year finally arrived, the Fireworks were out of this world, i never imagined i would be in Sydney for New Year! After the Fireworks we went to a club called 'Attic' and partyed the night away till early hours in the moring! New Year was quality!!

Day 9 (New Years Day)

Again we were all Hungover and leaving to go back to Dales House in Gosford. We had to pack, i swear my backpack gets smaller everytime!! :-) We left Janices at 1pm and went for lunch in Norton before heading off to Palm Beach. I was sooooo excited i was acually going to Summer Bay! We got there after an hours drive and it was amazing. The beach was lovely. Unfortunelty we didnt see any cast as they were on a break for a couple of weeks, i was gutted!! Me and Claire did however buy Summer Bay T-Shirts - we are so cool! We took loads of photos and videos so be prepared for Claire's singing and me acting!! Well running along the walk way to the beach!!

After here we went back to Dales and ordered an Indian Take Away and chilled out in front ofthe telly!

Day 10 (2nd Jan)

Today we didn't get up till 11am, Dales was getting really frustarted with us!! We went to the Terrigal Beach where Dales did Body Boarding. It was really good, the waves were huge, apparently they were about 6foot. Don't ask me how Claire and Loz are gonna surf if the waves are that big!! While he was in the sea we went to cafe and then chilled on the beach!

Tonight were packing ready for our Road Trip up the East Coast and me and Loz are cooking for us all and were watching 'The Beach'! (we wanna see where we went in Thailand!) Russ is also stopping as were heading off early in the morning!

Can't wait for the RoadTrip its going to be a right laugh! Good Times Ahead!!
