After the Mekong Delta I came back to meet Claire. Been here about a week now, met Claire and her Mum and Aunt on Saturday. Before thy arrived, I managed to get a cold and sore throat - which was annoying. Bought some ibuprofen and, as is normal practice in the uk, took 2 tablets. Then when i looked at the packet - it said they were 600mg each - which sounded like a lot - then looked at the old packet of the UK ones and they're 200mg!! Can't believe there'd be such a difference!! Wondered why they were so big. Thankfully I didn't die.

Did the sights again with Claire Mags and Jill which was cool - it was nice to have some people to go round wíth! And we had a couple of exciting rides on cyclos! (see the photos) Went to some lovely restaurants too!! Felt very spoilt! and, even better, - Claire and I are spending tonight in the posh hotel they were staying at!!!! (The Majestic) - Mags and Jill left this afternoon to go back to the UK. Am very excited about this - especially looking forward to the breakfast tomorrow!!

Claire and I are going to Dalat tomorrow on the bus - Dalat is in the highlands - hopefully it will be cooler - but still sunny. Booked a late bus (12:30) so we can fully exploit the hotel services tomorrow morning - including the pool! Accommodation is all down-hill from here on!!
