Tom arrived safely in Kl, although 3 hours late - which gave me chance to freeze in the air con at the airport and eat my way through a very nice tuna sandwich in brown bread (real novelty in Asia!) and a small bag of pick'n'mix (which was extortionately priced!) Went round Chinatown, Little India (I think it's amazing that all the big towns have these segregated areas for the Chinese and Indians - they don't seem to integrate! Arrived in Melaka today (obviously the photos with these last few journal entries have no meaning - I just chose them at random). Bus journey was easy.
