So after spending a day in Byron Bay I decided I hated it there and came a day earlier than expected to Syndey and now staying at Bondi Beach for 2 days which I'm loving!!

I'm not sure why I hated Byron Bay so much, I think it's because I arrived there late, it was raining, I was so tired from the bus journey and the hostel was horrible! Completely fully of drunk people being really loud when I just wanted to sleep! I felt pretty homesick that night aswell. I tried to get to sleep as soon as possible, but with the loud drunken people outside, one girl being really ill and coughing throughout the night, another one snoring and someone answering a phonecall before 6am, it was pretty impossible!

The one day I had in Byron Bay, I pretty much just walked around, tried to spend as little time as possible in the Hostel and then chilled out on the beach.

I then caught my 9.05pm overnight bus to Syndey. Worst bus ever, I hate them! They're so uncomfortable! I was on it for 13 hours and trying to get to sleep is impossible! Somehow, some guy managed to get into a deep enough sleep that he was snoring which also made it hard to sleep, not sure how it's possible to snore on a bus?!

Anyway, I was SO glad to arrive in Syndey! Really strange being in a proper city again! We drove over the Habour bridge, got a glimpse of the Opera House, for some reason all I thought about was Finding Nemo and "42 Wallaby Way. Sydney" haha!

I got a train, then a bus to Bondi Beach. I was so very tired and I thought all the travelling wasn't going to be worth it, but it definitely was! I'm in a hostel which overlooks Bondi Beach. It's amazing! I spent the day lounging about and probably will do the same on the beach again tomorrow, before I head off to stay in the city for 2 nights!
