A relaxed day today so not a lot to write about. I had a lie in until just after 9 and then gradually got up. After this we went for coffee in a café, a mooch around the shops and some food.

Back to the apartment and I made a picnic lunch which we took to the esplanade and then spent the rest of the day playing in the pool on the esplanade. The pool is fabulous and has a beach and plenty of shallow areas for the girls to walk through. We had ice cream and coffee before we headed back to the hotel for dinner.

The girls were both exhausted and Alex especially did not want to eat her dinner.
