Hello
Currently in Singapore and its the end of the the tour and the end of the Asia part of my travels, boo. But im really looking forward to Australia, and being able to speak to everyone in English rather than flapping my arms around and over pronunciating 'chicken noooooodles please' in a weird voice with a hopeful expression on my face.
So, i cant remember where i got up to on the last blog so im gona start in Krabi because i had such an amazing time there. We went on a boat to 'The Beach' beach which was stunningly beautiful. The highlight though and something il remember forever was snorkling the reefs. There were hundreds of brightly coloured exotic fish that litterally surrounded us. We had bread and they were swimming around us taking it from our hands. I swam right through loads of them together and they were swimming straight towards me, it was so funny seeing their funny little faces come right up to my goggles and then dodge my head at the last minute. I also saw clown fish 'Nemo's'. They looked just like him and popped in and out of their anenema thing just like in the film.
Penang was ok, not alot to do there, we went up a huge mountain on a train and got a really good view of the place. Had a crazy night out there involving a weird dude called Mac the knife and Eric - an Asian version of the old guy from Snatch. He reccomended we go to an after club which was down a back alley. It was huuuuuuuuge, pitch black and LOUD, really funny night!
Went to a butterfly farm in the Cameron Highlands and a Tea plantation - best Tea iv ever had!
Kuala Lumper was ace, i loved it there. Also another crazy night ending in a dodgy after hours club that was actually in another country (or so it seemed) the taxi driver drove us for about an hour or so with us shouting where are you going? He was about as clueless as we were but we found it. This place was nuts, as soon as we pulled up we were like 'hell no' but we had to go in to see if the others in the other taxi were in there. People were literally passed out all over the place hanging over tables, we could only see if the door man shone his tourch around and it was even louder than the last place.
The towers at KL were really cool, great views and they looked so good lit up at night.
Today the group all split and have gone their separate ways, its really sad, i miss them already!
Oh i forgot to mention a tour we did in Melaka which involved eating the leaves of random plants on the street! Odd!
