Hi Guys
Ha had to laugh when reading your journal about the ferry to Mozi when you described the easy more permanent sand beachhead on the mozi side for disembarkation............I know because I built in during the 5 days we spent waiting for the ferry, http://www.duksjourney.net/Country%20Photo%20Pages/Mozambique%202/photo%20page/P4170069.jpg .........knew I should have set up a toll booth there......enjoy the rest of the trip and who knows maybe see you on the road somewhere.........www.duksjourney.net Cheers DuKs

Hi guys, been back a week now and already seems all so far away. We wasted no time and have a new baby; Miloh, a Rhodesian Ridgeback. She is seriously cute and totally spoilt. But bloody hard work! Inga I have to say I have found a shop that rivals the White Company! Its not so bad in Africa ;) Ally and Rob popped in and stayed with us which was great. Andrew has had his eye fixed and our tans are fading. Andrew leaves for London on Sat and we are then seriously back to real life. Looking forward to catching up soon, and get on Facebook!
Enjoy rest of trip
Love us x

Unsere E-Mails kommen immer zurueck. Habt Ihr bestimmte Wuensche Essensmaessig, campplatz etc. ? Hier ist es wieder sehr kalt geworden. Und heute ist Basar. Werde wieder meiner Lieblingsbeschaeftigung nachgehen. Ich muss schluss machen. Die rufen mich. Alles Liebe, fahrt vorsichtig und bis denne. In Sambia ist der Treibstoff sehr teuer. Melde mich naechste Woche wenn Ferien sind. Viele Gruesse Papa und Mama. Papa faehrt am Montag 20. 8. wieder los.

Hey guys,
We were wondering when you will be arriving in Cape Town. We are leaving the 6th of September and were hoping to see you before we go. Any chance of that happening?

Hey guys
I know its been ages, but I spent a little while drooling over your pictures and I can only say... WOW. You have amazed us all with your endurance. And Cathy, boy is she doing well. Not bad for a Landy :-)
We just got back from a short stint in Botswana and Zambia. Nothing as rough as your trip, but we did have Lion and Hyena sniffing at our feet in our ground tent!!! That was a big joke for all our mates who all had roof top units!! Next time, in my own Landy with shower unit!! Rob, seems you chose the right way of doing things.. And about that Bos K*k thing.... Oi ve!!! Jacqui was not impressed. We flew back from the falls yesterday.
Other than that, all is well on the homefront. The MBA is drawing to an end, and by the time you guys are back in SA, I will be jumping on a plane to Japan, Singapore and Malaysia for a 10 day excursion with the MBA class. If you happen to be in JHB before the 23rd of September, give us a shout and we can have a cold one... Castle is tasting particularly good these days. Although we know where your allegiances lie, don't we :-)
