Day 7: Anaheim to Las Vegas
Early start today. 7am, as we're on our way to Las Vegas.
Along the way, we stop at some factory outlets before checking into our hotel in Vegas.
We're staying at The Stratosphere Hotel which is really swish. It has it's on casino and the top of the hotel has an observation deck with the highest view of Vegas. It's a revolving resteraunt and they have a 'ride' where you can pretty much throw yourself off the edge of the top and just hang there.
After check in, we have afew hours to chill then at 6.30pm we board the bus for the las Vegas night tour.
We visit the Venetian and its indoor replica of the Venice canal and square, complete with its own painted sky!
It is beautiful and so romantic. They have captured it perfectly, even down to the gondola rides on the canal and the designer stores.
We then go to The Bellagio Hotel where we see the $20 million dollar entrance that has glass flowers covering the roof and a beautiful garden inside.
We watch afew free shows along the way, that last 5 mins but are spectacular.
After seeing the main strip we go to Fremont St, which is the old town Vegas.
Here there is a party vibe, with everyone out on the strip drinking and having a great time, watching the street acts and listening to the main band playing c*** Rock. f***n awesome!
Can't wait to do it all again tomorrow.

Brad Lessware We stayed at the Belagio last time that I was in Vegas and it was incredible. Our room was bigger than my house at home! Love your blogg! Make sure you do the helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon it's a must!!
Sophie Hi Brad, Glad my blog is bringing u some joy! Vegas was amazing and I did the Grand canyon west rim tour where u visit the Indian reservation etc I didn't do the helicopter flight but I heard it was awesome. I am off Santa Monica tomorrow and then San Fran the day after. I will update my blog then, as I have a 6 hr bus trip from LA to San Fran. :)
Brad Lessware Awesome! I've done the helicopter tour twice and it was just fantastic but as long as you get to see it that's all that counts. Hope you didn't lose too much in Vegas! Make sure you visit Alcatraz and Fishermans warf in San Fran. Also the gas light district is pretty cool. You must also travel the full length on the cable car. The begining is near Fishermans Warf toward the Golden Gate Bridge end. It's just unreal. Try and hang off the side rail as it's better than any ride you can get at any theme park. Don't be discouraged if there's a long line it's worth every minute's wait! Can't wait for the next entry!!
