We were lazy to get up so we decided to take it really easy(!) We decided to visit Backpackers world travel to enquire about theme parks package in Surfer's Paradise. Unfortunately we decided to not to go as we couldn't afford it in the end. We were on the tight budget. After all, the theme parks were practically the same as the ones we went to in LA. The only thing we were disppointed that we couldn't go was to visit the water park as we haven't been to one yet.

As the beach was nearby, we carried on walking towards to the beach. The weather wasn't sunny, more of overcast and on our walk back, it started to shower down.

As we had free few mins of internet access from Backpackers world travel, we decided to return back there again in the late afternoon. We couldn't do that at the time when we enquired about the theme parks as all the computers were being used.

We made the most of the internet to search for the jobs and unfortunately most jobs that we could do such as fruit picking etc were based in around Melbourne, few areas in Victoria and unfortunately Cairns.

With no luck with searching, Lisa texted a friend of a friend who lives in Sydney to see if it would be any chances to get a job in Sydney. Had a response back saying deaf people in Sydney are having a hard time to find a job which wasn't what we were hoping to hear. However a couple of hours later, had another text again saying that she could try and ask the boss to see if we could work by helping her for month but can't promise. So we are keeping our fingers crossed for it!

We have also enquired about jobs at the hostel which was no luck either.

In the evening, we started to work out when we would be arriving to Sydney and that was when we realised that we haven't got many stops left before arriving to Sydney!
