We are now in Costa Rica and although it is just next door to Panama we can already notice the difference. The people seem a bit more 'with it' and they look more Latino. The first place we went was Puerto Viejo on the Caribbean coast. It's a really laid back town where we rented bikes and road up to a surf beach for a swim. Sarah got caught in a rip - making us Aussies look like we have never seen the ocean before;) Some really cool markets here and we picked up some nice things.

In the morning we got picked up by a shuttle bus at 6:30am for our Rafting adventure! Pacuare River is Costa Rica's longest and best rafting river with class 4 rapids!

We took the bus to the bottom of the mountain where we had a traditional CR breaky, rice and fruit:) The rafting was one of the best things we have ever done, the scenery was amazing and mixed with the adrenaline made it a day to remember. Can't wait to show you guys pictures! 30km of rafting, good workout:)
