An early start this morning but for a very exciting day!! It's uncle Brian's water falls day trip! I've heard nothing but great things about this trip... So have very high expectations!!!!

First stop was babinda... Jumped straight into the cold water.... You would all be so proud of me... You know my thoughts on being in cold water!! Stopped off for a picture with a golden gumboots.... Babinda is awarded it for having most rainfall in region....

Then it was off to Josephine falls & naturally formed slide down the rock!!! Very exciting... But again... Very very very cold... But yes I was in first time... Are you noting a theme here guys... I am BRAVE!!! A few games on the bus and drawing on the windows in white board marker.... I felt like a hooligan... But participated all the same... Had a cracking lunch with mr lunch then onto Milla Milla falls where ther herbal essences advert was filmed and and Peter Andre filmed Mysterious girl... Allegedly, but tbh when I got home I you tubes the video and I'm not convinced, unless it was bigger today since its just the end of wet season and he came in dry season...?! (note again I was in the cold fresh water!!)

Met grandma.... This lady comes out of her house en route every day the tour runs and jumps out and scares everyone with her stuffed toy caterpillars....! So cute... She just likes being part of the tour!!

Final stop was Lake eacham which was a little warmer than the rest, but stoll cold.... But by now i was a pro and was bombing into the water... A hot chocolate and cakes to warm up before heading off platypus spotting....I didn't get to see one... Missed it by 10 seconds..... Gutted!
Then it was back to the lodge before getting gus the bus home singing and dancing with a few beers!!

Day was fantastic, not just because the waterfalls were all really pretty but the day was filled with game music laughter cuz ro and gus the bus and all the silly stories... Not to mention all the amazing food and cakes!!! The day was amazing and would do ot again in a shot!

It was a huge anti climax to come home and begin packing.... All good things must come to an end I guess :( will miss this place!!! Xxxxxxx
