Today Susan wanted a slow start, a day without traveling on the Metro, a day to stroll and soak up the ambience of this beautiful city. It started with a leisurely walk through the backstreet parallel to Boulevard Saint Germaine. Beautiful shops, most not yet open but a pleasure to the eye.

Caught the train the d'odeysey museum to view famous impressionist artwork of Van Gogh, Renoir, Monet, Manet, Sisley, etc. Fantastic!

Climbed the cobbled streets of Rue Lepic and after the tour, had lunch at the cafe where they filmed the infamous French movie Amelie. Onion soup & creme brûlée...yum!!!

Skyped Mum & Dad for the first time. Caught the Metro to Blanche station (outside Moulin Rouge) for a walking tour of Mont Marte & Sacre Couer area. The historical place of revolutions and artists such as Van Gogh, Renoir, Monet, Manet, Sisley, etc. Thomas was our guide delivering information & humour.
