Phnom Penh. s***hole. Its a tragic place, obviously centred around the fact that the tyrannic Khmer Rouge killed almost everyone between 1975 and 1979! Over 1 million people were wiped out or forced to work in the countryside. Only 50 people survived in the city when the Vietnamese took over in 1979!!
