The single beds are possibly the biggest I have slept in - very generous sizes compared to others which I have been too scared to even turn over in.After a breakfast of scrambled eggs, we set off in the car to see what game we could see. We pretty much saw the same as yesterday with the addition of wildebeast. I have been amazed by just how many rhino's we have been lucky enough to spot.We heard from Michael who called us from the gate to say he was coming. We got harrassed by little vervet monkeys who chased us off the veranda and then promptly looked in the french doors to see if they could get in. Mom & I went for a walk to the hide, but nothing to see. We then went to the reception & bar/restaurant area to look at the old photos, check out the curio shop & take a look at the view.My brother, Michael arrived and after he had something to eat we set off for viewing in his car (aka large tank). The weather looked like rain & whilst it was later in the day and thus the animals would normally be out grazing/drinking, we did not manage to spot anything else - not one Nellie so far although we have seen plenty of signs with broken branches & overturned trees. Saw even more rhino's, some of which we so close to the car... when I snapped one, my flash went off and they took off into the thick undergrowth.BBQ in the evening - lovely steak and boerewors... yum yum.
