I woke up not feeling too good... perhaps a little too much beer. Needless to say that most of the day was spent in bed recovering. I made it out for a late lunch in Planet Hollywood at a restaurant called Ocean One Bar & Grille. I had a huge bowl of pasta and a massive diet coke, but still did not feel great.
On the way out I was cornered by sales guy who was trying to sell me Dead Sea facial products. He rubbed this stuff on my arm and told me to compare against the other arm to see the impressive results. Yeah... all it did was make my blue veins show out more. He then told me that he could get rid of the puffiness beneath my eyes and rubbed yet another products in. At this point I got bored and told him I was not feeling well & needed to leave to throw up. Ha-ha! That stopped him in mid flow of asking me for $129 for one of those miracle creams.
Later in the evening, after more relaxing in my hotel room, I decided to take a walk and go up the Paris Las Vegas eiffel tower. $10 ticket and up I went, still feeling rather shaky on my feet. The views were spectacular with all the night lights of Vegas on. Also, below the fountains of the Bellagio came on every 15 mins so that was nice to see. The wind was blowing up a storm though and it was very cold up there.
I decided to get two portions of fat chips & return to the hotel to stuff my face. On each of the street corners you have to dodge these characters who are giving out adverts for strip shows or something. They have a habit of flicking these little adverts so thats all you hear as you walk past. I noticed a little old man who appeared to be too embarressed to openly take the adverts, so each chap he walked past, he held his hand out behind him to capture the adverts. I also spotted Elvis singing in a restaurant & numerous Japanese were having their photos taken with him.
