We've just returned to Queenstown from Southland...where they all speak even more funny than the regular kiwis! We spent a few nights in Dunedin where we stayed in a big old house called Hogwarts. It was very cool. We visited Cadbury World and the Speights brewery. We enjoyed it muchly! We went down to the Catlins but didn't really see very much wildlife as the dolphins were in a bad mood and the penguins were out for the day. We saw lots of other birds and trees...

Good news... I did get to walk the glacier! I spent a whole day on the glacier and we got to do a fair bit of exploring - though we did have to hang around getting cold a few times whilst the guides cut steps in the ice! It was an incredible place with ice holes and caves that we got to walk through!
