After breakfast this morning, we spoke to Shawn the owner of Rorkes Drift Lodge to get directions to Hluhluwe/iMfolozi Park. We discovered that a snake had bitten their cat earlier in the morning. Unfortunately, they did not see what kind of snake so they were unable to give it anti venom. Shawn thought it would survive. Today, we met with our Zulu guide Thulani at the Rorkes Drift Museum. For the 1st 2 hours, he gave us the background leading to the war between the British and the Zulu. Woke up pretty early today. I thought it was 7:30am but it turned out to be 6:30am. We went for breakfast and the restaurant server looked at me with a "what the heck do you want " look.
