Today was an awesome day!After an ok breakfast, we were picked up for a day tour to Sun Moon lake.It was apx. An hour drive from Taichung.We first took a boat to the smallest island in the country, visited a local temple, took the boat again and had a great lunch, drove to a great ropeway and ended the day with a beautiful bike ride by the lake.We then returned to the hotel for some evening lounging.

After a bad night sleep, took a fast train (300 km/h) to Taichung. Checked in the hotel, got upgraded and went to see the Metropokitan park, a big department store and the opera house. After some evening lounging, we visited the lively night market. Tomorrow, we're off on a daytrip to Sun moon lake. G'night! :)
