Hey guys!! Yes we actually made it and the 14 hr flight wasn´t that bad! The climate takes some getting used to as it peaks to 34degrees most days and has very little wind! We arrived at our hostel in Botofogo after a very adventurous taxi drive and was greeted by some very cool staff at El Misti Hostel. We quickly wanted to get to the beaches of Copocobana and Ipanema and wow they actually do look like all the postcards! And the pretty boys are all so so go...
