Followed the The Three Lions tour to Stuttgart!! Watched the England-Ecquador game at the "Fanfest" amid several thousand crazed Brits and fans alike, all hell bent on consuming as much Brotwurst and warm Bier as humanly possible - it was great ! Came close to what would have been a very unglamorous death, as an unexpectedly violent storm blew over a beer tent and flew it directly at me only to then almost drown as tropical-esque torrents of rain turned the square into a mud pit [hey, at least it was warm] Nearly expiring aside, it was a fantastic experience!! **Note to self and health warning** Avoid portaloo cabins at all costs
