Gooday! Arrived here around 15:00 local time. Wow what a week! Have been treated like princesses staying with our pal Penny in central Auckland - managed to go out on the town three nights out of six which I think is quite an achievement considering we rarely drink anything stronger than tea...(Ahem!!!!) Flew into Auckland yesterday to be met at the airport by the lovely Penny who we met in Venice this July. I love New Zealand already but we have definitely brought the weather with us, it has rained pretty much solidly since we arrived! - went to an authentic Kiwi shopping mall to buy some hoodies and warm clothes-hahaha!! Well, I haven't updated this for an absolute age and I still can't get my pix online! We travelled from Nadi with 3 other guys to a place called Sigatoka, and then down to the Coral Coast and an amazing little place called Mango Bay resort which is in the middle of nowhere but has plenty of activities going on... we then went to a tiny island called Nananu and went snorkelling which rocked! Amazing underwater life and great friendly people there too.
