Have been at my brothers in Auckland since 23/012/11. Christmas in the sun was great, in the pool on Christmas day, all be it fully clothed after being thrown in, thankfully they took my phone out of my pocket first. Had a really good time, spent lots of time with my niece, brother, his wife and their familly and friends.

We are leaving Auckland today and heading towards Whakapapa where we start the 3 day Wanganui canoe trip (the one that was previously cancelled due to rain), with some friends of my brothers, so should be a good fun trip. The forcast is dry and sunny so lets hope they are right.

Once the canoe trip is complete we head to the south island, and hopefully to even warmer weather.
