Ko Phi Phi
26th-29th October 2009

We took a boat to Ko Phi Phi and found our lovely hotel right in the centre of the island. Very touristy island, not as chilled as Railay but still beautiful.
It's more of a party island- lots of bars/clubs and great restaurants.

Can't remember if we told you but our camera broke in Vietnam and we were so gutted. Luckily we could take some pictures with the video camera Jax and Dave bought us...but anyway, steven spotted a camera repair stall on the island and the repair man said the cost to fix it would be 16quid regardless of the problem, but no charge if he couldn't fix it- so we gave it a go and were over the moon when we picked it up the next day, all sorted!!! So good!

We did a day trip to the surrounding sights such as Monkey beach (full of monkeys), Viking Cave and Pi Leh Lagoon- we kayaked around the lagoon and it was absolutely stunning. Then we visited Maya Bay, the famous beach from the film 'The Beach'- it really was such a beautiful place!
