Hi all, sorry we've not updated in quite a while- time is flying past!

We flew to Bangkok from Cambodia to save time and lengthy border crossings. Our first 2 days there were unbelievable- gorgeous Luciana booked us 2 nights in a really really swanky 5star hotel in the centre for our wedding present. It was complete and utter luxury- amazing massive room, honeymoon treats such as flowers, cake, drinks and rose petal bath all laid on for us. Also an amazing thai massage in their plush spa...basically it was so nice to be pampered that we didnt leave the hotel- thanks luci baby! So after such luxury we hit the real world hard when we booked into a basic, uninspiring hotel for 3 days so we could actually now see the city.

Very cool city but so big, busy and polluted! We did lots of sightseeing - Wat Pho, Grand Palace, saw the world's largest reclining Buddha etc....we also spent alot of time on the infamous Khoasan Rd- crazy place- just one big party! We had fish feet massages where the fish eat all the dead skin off your feet! Got very drunk our last night here and regretted it on the flight to Chiang Mai the following day!
