Hiya, glad you made it to Sydney then, is it as good as you would imagine? Bet it is. So when are going surfing??? And don't forget to watch out for those sharks. (The ones on the beach as well as those in the water).
Out of curiosity, how big are the waves there? James reckons the waves were pretty big down in Cornwall, must admit, wouldn't mind a go at surfing myself. If you go first, you can give me a few tips! Look forward to your next set of photos, take care. Love Mum

Well hello you, have sorted the phone thing and ordered a contract phone to hopefully reduce both our phone bills. Have found somewhere reasonable to stay while we are in cairns and I am really excited about it. I have passed all your cards to Bryony so hopefully they will be with you by Friday. I hope that you are ok and that Sydney is good so far, when do you move into your flat?
I hope that you have a good easter and that you are able to get an easter egg, you'll have to have double next year to make up for losing out this year!!!!!!
Take care, love you and miss you loads

Hello all,
This is my second attempt to write this message bloody pcs here are crap! anyway, as you probably heard from kathryn i am in Sydney now and we have found a flat to live in now. right on Bondi beach SWEET! i just need to find some where to work for a while now.
I dont really care about the wallet no point in givning a crap wont change anything. But yeah Kathryn has been a big help as always.
Not sure what the 3 way clock testiong is im guessing that it is making sure that they are accuare etc.
Funny to hear about Nan and her time shifting, sounds just like a book that i read called the theif of time, cant belieave how much i am reading at the moment, really not me must be because there are no computer games to play.
Funny to hear about the wheather, i think that i would freeze to death in 17 degrees, i find myself shivering in 25 degrees at night, really have got used to this hot wheather.
I am amazed that you still have that job James, NICE ONE! So how was cornwal, did you pull any dirty b****es?
i also had a good St Patricks day got really batterd, cant believe how many English and Irish there are out here.
What does dad want the van for work or pigeons? i guess both.
Any way gonna go now

Hello all,
Well as Kathryn probal;y told you i have arrived in Sydney yesterday and we have now found a flat to live in for two months. It is going to be so much cheeper than the hostels they are really quite expensive, but good fun.
Im not sure what your 3 way clocks are but im glad that you have got that sorted,
Mum
Hi Shane,
Sorry I haven't written before, but can't help feeling life here must be dull compared to your adventures. I am sorry about all the hassle you have had with your wallet being stolen. I bet your glad you had Catherine, she has been so good sorting everything out for you. She called in this pm and picked your skuba diving licence and gave us an update. She is really looking forward to seeing you in July.
This week Dad & I have been at the pigeon club doing the 3 way clock testing, at least it is only up the road now and we don't have to go to Totton. The weather here has made an incredible switch, yesterday and today it must have been about 17 degrees, not bad for March.
Kev has just finished his second week working in London. Apparently he had a good St Patricks day!
James in in Cornwall for the weekend with Smurf & a couple of others.
It was Nans birthday yesterday so we popped in to see her today. She remembers (in her lucid moments) that you are on your travels and asks after you. She even remembered that Kevin was in London! In the next breath, she was asking where her mum was. You have heard about shape shifters, Nan seems to be a time shifter! But she seems content enough. Dad & I went to look at a van today. It was advertised as near Ringwood so we thought it was worth a look. When we got there, it was a scrap yard, so we didn't stop!
Best go now, take care.
Love Mum

hello all, just to let you know that i have updated the photo ane will be updating for here in Sufers Paradise as well pritty soon.
Shane
Well what can i say,
I have been in Sufers Paradise for 4 days now and we all like it that much that wwe have decided to stay longer. The waves here are just bloody evil, they are about 4 - 5 meters high at some points and they really beat the s*** out of you if your trying to ride them in and miss time it. I have had a couple of occasions where they pull you down roll you on the floor slam you on the sea bed and drag you right in, now i tell you that aint nice but as long as you stay cool you know that youll be fine.
It is suprising that OZ in the whole is not that hot ( in comparism to asia anyway) it is about 25 degrees at night and about 30 is during the day. You would beliave that i have aclimatised and i even get cold sometimes. Its gonna be funny when i get to canada. We have decided not to try and make Ayres rock as it is too far away. Dont know if you know but Australia is bigger that the whole of Europe. From Brisbane down to sydney is over 1000 km ( not sure what that is is mile but its alot, its like driving from there up to scotland and the off the edge into the water, then a bit more).
I havent met anyone that i know yet but have met loads of people from England they all love this place. Didnt see phill but will keep my eyes pilled.
The car sounds nice Nigel guess you have to try and keep you licence now, hehehe, did it cost much? and as for pay rises just tell you want more!!
you will have to send those photos over Kev along with some nice recomendations on where to go and what do. I hear that you can go snow boarding about 40mins drive away from Vegas! check it out.
James you lazy little spastic get on the PC and write summa and you dad!.
And way good to hear from you
Shane
Mum
Hi Shane,
Just got in from shopping and Kev said you called. So sorry to have missed you, but thank you for calling. Dad & I finally bought a printer yesterday. It installed ok first time round which is good, printers can be a pain. It has had some use printing some of your pictures. I have also started to put them on a disc, but not sure where the disc is now, they all look the same so now with a printer, I can put a label on!
How are things going in Aus then? Is it really as hot and dry as I imagine? Will you be going to Ayres rock or any other famous land marks?
Please keep your photos coming, everyone enjoys looking at them and keeping track of where you are. By the way, Jackies Philip and his family have just done 2 weeks in Singapore and are just off to Bankok, I think they will be doing Australia as well, so keep your eyes out for them. Have you met anyone else you know for England? I know it sounds a silly question, but you never know!
Best go, take care.
Love Mum

Any way as you have seen were in Brisbane and we are leaving on Tuesday, We have got a car now so that we are able to make our way around a lot easier.
