Off on our glacier hike today!! We got all done up in our sexy hiking gear, coats, trousers, boots, socks, hats and gloves! So we were looking truely professional (especially with the pink rucksacks!!) We hiked to glacier face in true New Zealand style rain (very heavy and hard!)!! Well, flight into NZ was fine and we're staying in a really great place, clean, tidy, fun and loadsa cool people, so it's great! It's very green like UK and the weather is similar to November, refreshing and crisp after the heat in OZ. Still might need to buy scarf and gloves tho, maybe even some thermals for Sean!! So we arrived in our last stop for Australia...Melbourne!! We arrived at easter weekend so pretty busy!! Our first "hotel" was a hole, a real dive so we left there asap! We then moved onto St Kilda which was really nice. We dragged Sean along to esplande through the massive Sunday markets! (He wasn't very impressed!) We found some cool things though! While on a wander we managed to find a Funfair.... much more Sean's style!! Spent a few hours there... rides...

In Canberra, the bush capital of Australia. Staying at a very nice place double room, food, tv and even a pool for...........free. Thank you Sue, Paul, Catherine and o yes Steph!! Canberra is soo organised you wouldnt believe, visited the war museum, new parliment house and old parliment house to think of it. Walked around the shops which is always a pleasure! In Nimbin, well what i can i say about this place but its full of Cannabis. There is so many shops like bringabong,hemp land and so on. Its such a relaxed place probably because there all high!! Found a little shop where this old guy gave us a tour around his shop and was telling us all about drugs. He was anti-alchol and anti-hardcore drugs which was good and told us to avoid them!! Viewed some local wildlife at night and the stars in the outback are the cleares...
