Today dawned clear and blue. We travelled north to Lincoln City just a short trip north of Yachats. We stopped and had a picnic lunch by the ocean and continued on our way. We checked into our new accommodations in the early afternoon and then went for a long walk on the beach. The surf continually pounds.....why hasn't someone harnessed all that power? At dinner we sampled an excellent Oregon Pinot Noir and fish from the local waters. We are soooo into the 100 mile diet...... as long as we are in Oregon. Tomorrow is going to be a beach day and enjoying more of the 100 mile diet. Ciao for now.
