We journeyed by long tail boat through a network of these islands to get to our home for the night, a raft house moored on the 95 metre deep lake full of giant catfish (up to 3 metres long). This is the alpha male long tail macaque. They live around a temple so they're really used to people and they were taking bits of banana right out of our hands!

The swimming pool, which Chris was happily swimming in until we spotted the five foot carp swimming around!
