Hello from Santorini,

Finally we have slowed down for a bit of a relax and beach holiday before the craziness starts again!

Santorini is indescribable - just like you see in the postcards - amazing clifftop views, beautiful architecture and beautiful beaches. We stayed a couple of nights up in the town of Fira - where the great views are, and have today moved down to Kamari Beach - a beautiful pebble beach. We're here for two more nights. Pretty much all we have done is sunbathe, swim and relax. Tonight we're going on a sunset boat cruise to a volcano - you can swim into it and swim in the hot springs - so it should be great.

The weather has been fantastic - not too hot but just right - and perfect for sunbathing, not too much burn in the sun like there is in New Zealand!!

Our next stop is Dubrovnik in Croatia but its a bit of a mission to get there. We have a five hour ferry back to Athens, then a three hour bus to Patra = will stay a night there. Then we have an overnight ferry to Bari in Italy and one day there befroe another overnight ferry to Dubrovnik - at least overnight travel saves on accomodation!
