It was Kurts Birthday wooo!! We had a look around the marina at Chula Vista then headed into San Diego to the Bay Area! Our last day in Palm Springs so we headed up to the Palm spring aerial tramway which was amazing! We drove the RV to the base of the mountain then you get the cable car to the top which is 8500ft the car rotates 360’c whilst ascending the mountain, it was 40’c on the desert floor and 20’c at the top! We enjoyed a pretty chilled day by the hotel pool catching up with everyone back home & writing my blog for the last week! Its been a whirlwind week since we drove down to Palm Springs so it was nice to rest & enjoy doing nothing! We went out for a Mexican meal in the evening they had live music & of course fresh margaritas which were great

We had a few hours in the sunshine whilst the traffic died down then packed up & drove into Palm Springs! The RV sites were still expensive with coachella being on & then stagecoach the following weekend so we booked into a hotel in the centre with a pool & spa we were ready for a proper bed & air con after the heat over the weekend at the festival! It was the last day of the festival and by far the hottest... temps were over 100 we had a few drinks by the pool with the loudest DJ at the RV site to cool down then headed into the festival a bit later on as we didn’t have a plan of acts we wanted to see today!
