hope you are all well, having fun in laos ow, we made our way up through bangkok to cvhnag mai, where we did elephant riding and rafting along a river, the elephants were so so cute it was unbelievable ! i had to sit on its head as there weren;t enough spaces on there backs, but i volunteered !

We also went to the markets in chang mai which were amazing and so so cheap! We then went from tyhere to chiang khong, which is on the border between laos and thailand ! as very nice, but quiet, i had a very nice massage for about one pound for an hour, thought i would treat myself!

We then travelled down the mekong river for two days, which i really enjoyed ! and we are now in luang prabang, in laos, the peo;le here tend to be a little more subdued and easy going than thailand and the language follows suit ( ot so hard on the ears) !

Today we went for a 4 hour trek to a waterfall in the middle fo no where, it was so hot, and so extremly nise to dive into the pool of water under the waterfall when we arrived at it !

also nearby to the waterfall, they have rescued a tiger,( on its way to china , under illegal trade ) and 7 bears ! they were amazing to see, and lovely that they had been rescued from such a cruel trade !
