Okay, becuse this weekend was the CRAZIEST thing I have ever experience in my entire life, it woudl take forever to type it all out. So instead, I am going to make a list of everything that I witnessed. Remember how Barcelona was insane? This was 10 times crazier!

Things that I saw and did in Pamplona:

1. Was homeless again for 2 nights but slept on the bus for 2 hours on the way there
2. Got to the city at 2:30 am saturday and was greeted by 2 million people wearing white and red
3. We were served sangria and calimocho by random people (dont worry, I refused to drink any alcohol tihs past weekend so that I would be fully aware at all times)
4. Bought a panuela (the red hankerchief that the ppl wear around their necks) and wore it with pride
5. Participated in the random singing in the streets at like 4 in the morning
6. Saw 1000s of people walking through the streets with bottles of wine, liquor, etc.
7. Saw about 200 different men peeing on the streets up agains the side of a building. Public urination is not relaly that big of a deal here. lol
8. mounds and mounds of trash filling the streets
9. People walkng around just smoking pot in public
10. tried to make our way though a crowded street of bars, had my purse grabbed from me, but I didnt let them have it! Had to hit off a guy who almost had my friend's purse
11. had my butt grabbed. twice. on the street by men who jump out in front of you and wont let you pass until they touch you.
12. ole ole ole ole.....ole....oleeeeeee - these songs 24 hours a day...on microphones that everyone carried
13. got our spot for the running 3 hours before it started (so at 5 am)
14. watced the sun rise right before the running
15. out spot to camp out was next to another group from the US. One girl was actually from Dayton (the city, not the school) and there was a nice guy who helped us get pictures over the crowd, he went to Princeton.
16. The songs of San Fermin
17. Little babies wearing the red and white.
18. A million people wearing the white with the red panuelas
19. saw the gate wear the bulls enter the street
20. Saw the starting line for the runners
21. Listened to them sing the song of San Fremin 3 times to ask for the saint's protection during the running
22. Heard the first run of bulls (hard to see with the mounds of ppl shoving)
23. GOt a better view of the second running through
24. A man got punctured, and they had to bring in an ambulance
25. saw a man and a policeman get in a fight as he tried to jump the gate
26. walked the course of the running of the bulls when they had already passed :)
27. Random people passed out in the middle of the streets, lol
28. found one of those long loaf of bread (think the loaf of bread fights in Rome, cliche) and used it to defend myself, haha
29. people drinkign 24 hours a day, even at 8 am
30. slept about 4 hours on top of my purse in a park
31. Men taking our pictures as we all slept in a pile in the park (dont worry this was from about 11 am to 4 pm, the least dangerous time of day)
32. men stoping to talk to us all the time and it got really annoying
33. witnessing people engaging in some kind of intercourse in the middle of the park at about 1 in the afternoon. Dont ask.
34. learned how to play rummy!
35. saw 2 men bath nude in a public fountain and dance around naked. eww
36. saw a middle aged woman yell at those men and tell them they were stupid, then they man pulled down his pants right in front of her and he had pitched a tent....this all happened about 10 meters in front of where we were sitting.
37. Saw Shrek 3 in Spanish!
38. bathed and brushed our teeth in the movie theather bathroom (the nicest one we had found yet, toliets recently cleaned, clean soap, toliet paper and everythig! Its because no one else would want to go see a movie durning the festivals)
39. had an american family ask us questions about what to do while they were here, where to go, etc.
40. went to the fair, ate fair food
41. laid in a grassy area saturday night and watched the fireworks
42. Laid down shiviering in that same grassy area from about 11 to 2 am saturday night
43. more men took pics of us
44. these 2 guys stopped to talk to us, asking us why we were our partying, we told them we were too cold.
45. Marleen asking the guy how much she could buy his long sleeve shirt for (in spanish) all of us dying laughing, and then the guys actually being scared of us! haha
46. Meeting 3 spanish guys who were actually good people who wanted to walk us around the town, and even looked out for us. The one was an english teacher and wanted to practice his english
47. a man rolling himself out towards us because he had stuffed his body in a shopping cart
48. 2 guys jumped on top of a city bus and rode it....utnil the police came and arrested them. This too occured right in front of us.
49. Jumping and singin with random ppl in the streets.
50. Jessi falling asleep on the stairs down to the parking garage and us yelling at a man who attempted to touch her leg.
51. Figuring out yelling in English gets the message acrost alot better.
52. wandering around till the bus station opened at 5:45 am.
53. Sleeping the entire bus ride back and it only feeling like an hour bus ride

all in all, an awesome weekend. And sunday we got back to segovia at 2:30 in the afternoon, at 3 i laid down to take a half hour nap,.....within 5 min fell into a deep sleep...Marleen woke me and scared me at 9:30 that night, 6.5 hours later, me not knowing what was going on, relizing I missed mass and hadnt started the work on my 2 presentations for today. But I got it all done! ONly bad thing was missing church. sigh. But wow what an experience!
