Back to Paris today! Once we dropped off our bags in our super cute studio we went to the Absinthe store, then to Notre Dame, and then for dinner by the Canal! Off to London tomorrow!

Today we woke up to find a Sunday Farmers market going on in the square outside our hotel! They were selling all kinds of goodies; olives, honey, wine, veggies and fruit, jewelry and lots of touristy beach clothes. They even had a paellea van with a giant pan of tasty paellea! Today we took the train from Dijon to Collioure. Recommended by a local as a smaller beach town we were not disappointed! There are several rocky beaches to choose from with crystal clear water ( a little cool at first but nice once your in!) and it's a very cute little town. There's an old fort right in the middle which we will go check out tomorrow! Looking forward to our three days of sun, seafood, and relaxing!

Day two in Dijon. Due to a restless night and waking up with a major sore throat my original plan to get up early to head to the lake for an early mirning swim was cancelled. :-( Instead we said goodbye to our lovely hosts and checked into our hotel room. DIJON- the mustard capital of the world!! but actually the area (Burgundy) is more famous for it's Piñon Nior wine!
